We conducted job analysis, which is essential to ensure you are measuring the right attributes, using a competency card sort and then refining descriptions. We have a similar process that can be carried out virtually if required.This client required bespoke reports outlining key strengths and development needs plus a set of questions to be used in internal interviews.
Turnaround was tight but given the seniority and importance of these positions it was expected.
The client was impressed by the flexibility of the service and the comprehensive nature of the feedback and interview questions.
